To enable communication regarding your brand identity consultation & analysis, please submit your contact details in the contact/enquiries section of our website or reach out directly via Instagram at @bmgxdesigns.

2. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed with the designer, you are required to complete your purchase to proceed with the analysis & consultation process.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of consultations, refunds will not be accepted once the designer has commenced work on the project. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the designer has not yet started the project.

4. Acceptance of Terms
