1. Contact Information
To enable communication regarding your desired logo design, please submit your contact details in the contact/enquiries section of our website or reach out directly via Instagram at @bmgxdesigns.

2. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed with the designer, you are required to complete your purchase to proceed with the design process.

3. Design Enhancements                                                        
The designer will send an initial four drafts of the design which is included in the service. An additional fee starting from £20 I $30 applies for design enhancements exceeding the complimentary maximum amount of 2 per project.

4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be accepted once the designer has commenced work on the project. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the designer has not yet started the project.

5. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
