1. Contact Information
To enable communication regarding your desired business card design, please submit your contact details in the contact/enquiries section of our website or reach out directly via Instagram at @bmgxdesigns.

2. Booking Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed with the designer, you are required to complete your purchase to proceed with the design process.

3. Postage              
The designer will provide a proof of postage receipt along with a tracking number for your order. Once the item has been dispatched, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays that may occur during shipping.

4. Design Enhancements                                                        
The designer will send an initial four drafts of the designs which is included in the service. An additional fee starting from £20 I $30 applies for design enhancements exceeding the complimentary maximum amount of 2 per project.

5. Refund Policy/ Exchanges                  
Refunds will not be accepted once the designer has commenced work on the project. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the designer has not yet started the project. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Damages and issues 
Please inspect your print order upon reception and contact us immediately if the prints are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

This agreement is binding upon confirmation and purchase. Please ensure you understand and agree to these terms before proceeding.
